We are officially on the Easter holidays which for me means a few things.
- No preschool run for TWO WEEKS! – Yay
- No preschool for two weeks – BOO! (Send help)
- This signifies the start of Ellie’s last term before she starts school – Sad times
- It’s Easter. Easter = Chocolate! And bloody lots of it.
If like me you have failed to stick to the Lent tradition of giving something up. And if, like me, you have never given up chocolate in your life (nor would you… Crazy people!) Then this post is for you!
This is a great activity to do with your kids during half term. All you need aside from a bowl and the ingredients are some plastic egg moulds from Hobbycraft (not a sponsored post I simply walked in and found them).
Of course you could make these without the egg moulds, in which case they would be No Bake Avalanche Crispy Cookies (just in case you were wondering.)
They really are that easy and that delicious! I have only just discovered white chocolate and peanut butter as a combination but I feel I have been missing out my whole life.
Strictly speaking Avalanche cookies don’t have the caramel or milk in them but I find them a delicious addition.
Have you heard of Avalanche Cookies? Have you made them before?
