I’m at it again! The first baking post of 2017 and the first of many. I had a little baking break for a couple of weeks because I have been at it at least once a week since October. If it were an illegal substance I would be at a meeting by now! So to take things easy I decided to make cupcakes. Raspberry Cupcakes non the less and my goodness they were delicious!

To make things easier I have attached a printable PDF recipe card with everything you need to know and in the interest of my recent vlogging endeavour I have also linked a video of me and Ellie baking them.

What’s not to love and real raspberries too. We often make them after doing PYO in summer. #fortheloveofBLOG

I would love to be able to bake. I am so so bad at it. I can’t bring myself to try it with my 2.5 year old, it would be utter carnage! I need to work up the courage though as these sound delicious. Great post, thanks for linking up at #fortheloveofBLOG

I love it but I have always done it. Took me ages to brave it with the little ones though! Cupcakes are a good place to start. Xx

It’s not as hard as you think, I never used to do it either. The trick is to prepare everything in advance before you let them get involved Xx
