Happy Thursday Everyone,

How is it time for Thursday Team again already? Each year seems to go faster and faster, I guess that is one of the joys of adulthood.

There is nothing much to report this week. I have started my local food shopping and it is still working out cheaper than the supermarket. This week I have added my host post where I discuss the little changes we can each make to help reduce plastic. I know change is scary but it doesn’t have to be if we make small adjustments.

Eco Tips

Also don’t forget to sign up to my mailing list for eco tips. Each month there will be unique tips, products and businesses featured that are only available to my subscribers. Plus, the second month is an email all about the 5 simple changes you can make at home to reduce plastic. So sign up now and see what it is all about.

65 Fun Summer Activities for Your Family

This post is crammed full of excellent ideas to keep the kids occupied over the summer holidays. With the holidays rapidly approaching I am getting more and more concerned about how I am going to keep two children occupied for seven weeks with no break. They are not used to spending that much time together anymore so fights are inevitable. But with these ideas hopefully they will be a minimal occurrence.

Sarahs Featured Post

An essential guide to caring for an aging parent at home.

A really important read and something everyone should read. As Kate says ‘The number of people aged 65 and over in the UK has grown by nearly 50% in the past 30 years’ which is great news, but poses new challenges for health and families taking care of relatives.
