If ever I needed a little sunshine it is this week. I can feel the vitamin D stores diminishing.
Ellie went on her first school trip this week to a local farm. Her school had a few duck eggs that hatched and they got to see the duckling have their first swim and they learnt all about them. These ducks have now moved onto this farm and the kids have gone to visit them and to learn more about the animals and farm life. To say she was excited would be an understatement! I think all the things she did there will be the subject of our dinner table talks for at least a week!

I have tried very hard this year to improve my diet and mostly I have achieved that. However I still don’t drink enough water. All of these benefit really appeal to me so I know I need to work harder… I think it would be much easier with this lovley bottle being given away!
I love the whole ethos of Hygge. It appeals to the side of me that wants to slow down and enjoy my surroundings more (whilst the other side of me works at 100 mph). This video all about how Charlotte and her family are living a little more Hygge this Spring is lovely.

I love favourites videos and this one from Clarke Life was fab. I’m always on the hunt for home and beauty inspiration so I got a few new ideas from this video.
I absolutely loved this post and it is all so true, classes prepare us for the birth usually but I definitely felt there was a big chunk missing! I wish I had read more posts like this when I was pregnant with Amelie.
