Hello. I hope this week finds you all well?
Who else is incredibly please that January is finally done? It may be unfair to say but that was an apocalyptically bad January. But, onwards and upwards right?
I would like to say that this week I have seriously struggled to pick my favourites. There were so many good posts and videos last week I honestly couldn’t decide and debated over including a few.
So here goes…
I love anything that teaches me something. I am an encyclopaedia of ‘useless’ knowledge so this post immediately spoke to me. Honestly, I just assumed I knew the origin of good old Spag Bol. But apparently I really didn’t. Curious? Go and have a read.
I am a huge advocate of self care and a bit of me time. It took me a long time to be able to put the mum guilt to bed over taking some time out but I am such a better person in general if I allow myself the time to relax and regenerate. This post is great to help you see how and why you yourselves need to make sure you make time for You.
How to support a Mother after a caesarian, especially if that Mother is you
I’ve had two c-sections, so this post really resonated with me. All of these tips were brilliant and something I wish I had printed out for everyone just after I had my operations. If you’re having a c-section this is well worth a read.
If you have just started a blog, this is definitely a MUST READ. I remember when I started out it was a huge learning curve, so a guide like this would have been just what I needed!
